MU · the memory boom printed. The next quarter is still a forecast.

Micron's September print put fiscal Q4 revenue at $54.23 billion. The $61.5 billion next-quarter figure is guidance, not sales already booked.

Why the crowd is watching

Micron is a memory manufacturer, not a GPU designer. Its products include DRAM, NAND and other memory used across data centers, PCs, phones and embedded devices. That makes the ticker a way to follow the AI buildout, but AI demand is not the only thing moving its income statement. As of this editorial update, MU is among the most-mentioned stocks in MarketNeon's crowd feed. Attention explains why we are writing about it; it does not validate a price move.

What actually printed

For the fiscal quarter ended September 3, 2026, Micron reported $54.23 billion of revenue, versus $41.46 billion in the prior quarter. GAAP net income was $37.70 billion and operating cash flow was $43.97 billion. Those are reported results, not an annualized run rate. Full-year fiscal 2026 revenue was $133.19 billion.

Cloud Memory revenue was $16.28 billion and Core Data Center revenue was $18.00 billion in the quarter. Those reported business-unit lines show that the data-center theme is already in sales, but neither line is a pure high-bandwidth-memory total. Micron also reported $13.11 billion in Mobile and Client revenue and $6.82 billion in Automotive and Embedded revenue.

What is still ahead

Management guided fiscal Q1 2027 revenue to $61.5 billion, plus or minus $1.5 billion. It also listed product qualifications and shipments, including server memory and SSD products. The revenue range is a company forecast; customer qualifications and design wins are not recognized revenue by themselves.

The next check is whether the reported quarter matches that range and how much of any growth comes from volume, pricing and product mix. Memory is cyclical: high margins in one print do not guarantee the next. This is context for the crowd signal, not a recommendation to buy or sell MU.
