Upcoming versus reported
The earnings calendar looks forward about 45 days and keeps a short lookback so recent prints stay on the board. Upcoming rows are timing context. Reported rows can show beat or miss only after an actual EPS number lands.
Why 0.00 is ignored
Some feeds fill missing actuals with 0.00. MarketNeon treats that placeholder as “no print yet.” It does not count as a beat, a miss, or a confirmation in ranking. A real miss is shown as a miss and does not help a name qualify.
How earnings enter the rest of the desk
Proximity to a report can appear as a catalyst label. A verified beat can add confirmation. Neither replaces price, volume, or crowd context. Use the calendar to see when a name reports; use Buy ideas to see whether the rest of the stack agrees.
