What the tracker shows
The Nancy tracker reads Periodic Transaction Reports filed with the Clerk of the House. The default view is the Pelosi household. A second filter lists recent House PTRs so a new filing is visible even before every line item is parsed.
Each household line comes from the official PDF. Tickers, purchase or sale, amount ranges, and the owner field are copied from that form. MarketNeon does not invent sizes or fill missing tickers.
The 45-day lag
The STOCK Act lets a member file up to 45 days after a transaction. The Clerk index date is when the report arrived, not when the trade happened. The trade date lives inside the PDF. If you treat a filing as live tape, you will be weeks late.
Ranges, spouses, and amendments
Amounts are buckets, not exact dollars. Many Pelosi-household lines are marked spouse. Later amendments can change or replace a line. Open the Clerk PDF if you need the filing itself.
- A filing is public disclosure, not a ranking and not an instruction to buy or sell.
- Options, gifts, and exercises appear on the same form as share purchases.
- Senate electronic filings are a separate search and are not in this first House Clerk window.
